Kaseya and Ninite Announce OEM Relationship
Centralized Application Deployment and Update
SAN JOSE, CA – May 31, 2011 — Kaseya®, the leading global provider of automated IT systems management software, today announced an OEM relationship with Ninite, a San Francisco-based company which automates software installation for eighty nine popular third-party applications including Adobe Reader, Firefox, Flash, Java, and Skype. The combined solution will provide Kaseya customers with a powerful policy driven solution to easily deploy, patch and update applications on systems across a distributed network.

As part of its overall strategy for automated and policy-driven
