Kaseya Partners with HTG to Form Customer Champ Group and Expands Solution Provider Feedback
LAUSANNE, SWITZERLAND –
December 16, 2010 — Kaseya, the leading global provider of automated IT systems management software, today announced the formation of a new Kaseya Champs Group in conjunction with HTG Peer Groups, an international organization of leading IT solution providers. The Kaseya Champs Group will provide key HTG members with product resources, including training and best practices, as well as offer a venue for Kaseya to gain valuable customer feedback and guidance. The group will be available to members of HTG in the first quarter of 2011.
HTG Peer Groups meet quarterly to network and discuss issues specific to their area of IT expertise. Members collaborate to improve their own businesses and the experience of their customers through sharing best practices with one another. Champs Groups consist of HTG members that are advocates and customers of the sponsoring company. Kaseya has been a vendor partner of HTG since 2008 and recently upgraded to the platinum vendor sponsor level within HTG, which is the highest level of commitment to the group.
